I decided to have a dinner date here to have a treat for my wife and I. We are steered on to eating instead because to we can’t go on weekend getaway due to hectic schedules that both of us can’t control plus I don’t want my child to missed her school. I prefer to be with my family when I travel to tourist places.
I have already made a reservation two weeks ahead. We arrived as early as 6pm (excited), just the right time for opening and the first ones to have a tastes of their various dishes.

Seasons Restaurant is near the hotel entrance. It has a common lobby and not so grand just like some other hotels.

The staff who welcome us is amiable and the one assigned at our station is very helpful. She even manage to get us ice for our drinks and assists on the salad. She is so attentive even to change our plates. The chefs at the buffet table are always ready to replenish the buffet table.
My choice of colorful palettes (The food that I ate…)
I started with the bread, there are wide selections of bread and appetizers to choose from pretzels, muffins, etc, I chose this one
Then I made my own salad to savor my taste for the main dish
I picked this one in the salad station,
Pork siomai that is so yummy
for the main dish, I choose Adobong Manok, Salmon, and Pork Afritada?
second main dish is fish fillet and kaldereta that is so tender which I went back for more
After hours and a half of picking and eating the main dishes, I decided to call it quits and went for desserts.
My favorite lecheplan that I said I could eat 5 of them all night but when I went back to the counter it’s gone
Since I’m almost full and can’t hardly eat bibingka and puto bungbong, I chose this beautifully decorated gulaman with minatamis and white chocolate and candy on top.
There are lots of desserts to chose from leche plan, ice cream, halo halo, pan cakes stuff with mangoes, turon, Bibingka and Puto Bungbong that is served hot and more but my stomach can hardly accept more foods. We decided to call a night and will be get ready for another buffet dinner next time for a rematch.
Overall dining experience
Season buffet's international food selection was not quite wide compared to other hotel buffet restaurants but still impressive although there are some dishes which can be improved as I cited. Some of the foods served were cold and no names were indicated on some of the viands, these for me is necessary since I am allergic to seafood. However, I can say that my experience in Seasons was great. There are other great dishes to chose aside from what we have eaten like Shawarma, Lechon, Pecking Duck and a lot more.
